Cancellation and Returns Policy

At Science Of Skin, we are committed to providing you with the best skincare products formulated by expert dermatologists. We strive to minimize cancellations and returns due to dissatisfaction, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Here’s our cancellation and return policy to ensure a seamless online shopping experience with us.

Cancellation Policy:

Once you place an order, we do not accept any partial or complete cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel any order without explanation if we are unable to fulfill the requirements of the order or if the order does not comply with our company’s policy or for any other reason. However, we will communicate any cancellations from our end and process refunds at the earliest.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final*. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse all returns. Accepting returns is solely subject to the discretion of the Company and may be facilitated under specific circumstances.

Damaged Product Policy:

Our products are packaged to industry standards to avoid leakages and spills during transit. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will do our best to replace or refund your order on priority.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify our customer support service within 48 hours of receipt via email at products@scienceofskinclinics.com along with a picture, or call us on +91 908111 4111 to request for a return/replacement of the damaged order. We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged product and facilitate a replacement on priority.

Please ensure that the returned product is in its original packaging, inclusive of all accessories and the manufacturer’s packaging, if any, at the time of reverse pickup.

Please note that all replacements/refunds will be initiated after reviewing the damaged product.

We may consider cancellations or returns for other reasons on a case-by-case basis.

We will NOT accept requests for return or replacement under the following categories:

  1. Damages that occur due to the misuse of the product.
  2. Incidental damages that occur due to the malfunctioning of the product.
  3. The use or installation of any consumable item.
  4. Tampered or missing seal on the product.
  5. Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items delivered with the product(s).
